Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

1. The Terms are intended to define the rights and obligations between the Company and Users regarding the use of the Service, and shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
2. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of the Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The following terms used in the Terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

1. "The Service": The presale service of RAREON (RRO) tokens provided by the Company

2. "User": All individuals or legal entities using the Service

3. "Token": RAREON (RRO) token

Article 3 (Presale Application)

1. Users can apply for the token presale through the Service.
2. At the time of application, it is necessary to accurately enter required information such as name, email address, and wallet address.
3. After completing the application, payment shall be made by the designated payment method.
4. The application will be confirmed after payment verification.

Article 4 (Payment Methods)

1. The Service accepts payments via bank transfer, USDT, SOL, and USDC.
2. Payment fees shall be borne by the User.
3. Refunds of payments made are not available in principle.

Article 5 (Token Distribution)

1. Tokens will be distributed to the wallet address registered by the User after the presale ends.
2. The distribution timing shall be the date and time separately determined by the Company.
3. Users are responsible for registering an accurate wallet address. The Company shall not be liable for any losses due to sending to an incorrect address.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal activity
3. Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company, other Users of the Service, or third parties
4. Registering false information
5. Using the Service by fraudulent means
6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
7. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of the Service.
2. The value of tokens fluctuates based on market supply and demand. The Company does not guarantee the value of tokens or promise future price increases.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
4. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by incorrect wallet address input due to User negligence.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

1. The Company will properly manage personal information obtained through the use of the Service.
2. The handling of personal information shall be in accordance with a separately defined Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company may amend the Terms at any time without notice to Users if deemed necessary.
2. Amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this site.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. In the event of any dispute arising from the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
